About Geeljire

Geeljire was started by Suhayb and Fardowza, two Somali developers who wanted a proper way for Somali children and adults around the world to learn and keep Af Soomaali. It brings together lessons, native audio, stories, poetry and tutors in Standard Somali, Waqooyi (Northern) and Koonfur (Southern).
